All products sold by Exclusive Signings will always be as described. Any product that does not comply to its description can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. The customer must contact us first and return the item to us in the same manner and condition that it was dispatched. All products are photographed before dispatch in order to protect both the consumer and ourselves.
All products are guaranteed genuine for life and come with a COA. If at any time you have reason to doubt the genuine nature of the product, then please do not hesitate to contact us. We will require the opinion of two independant, recognised autograph dealers before we can offer a full refund.
We are happy to accept payment via Paypal (you do not have to have a Paypal account as Paypal now accept credit card payments),cheque payable to L Hillan , cash (up to £2500 can be sent by registered post) in £sterling only, Postal orders and BACS (bank details will be provided at time of purchase).
Goods cannot be dispatched until all payments are cleared.
